Install LinguaDesk from the Shopify App Store. Authorize the required permissions: read_customers, read_orders, read_products.

Open the Insights page to see your real-time monitoring dashboard. This is your command center for translate every ticket, reply instantly.

Is my store data secure with LinguaDesk?
Absolutely. LinguaDesk uses encrypted database storage (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), hashes all email addresses with SHA-256, and follows SOC2 compliance standards. Data is retained for 90 days by default, configurable in Settings.
What if LinguaDesk isn't showing data?
